Shipping policy
Once the payment is complete, the order is processed by our system. Once the body measurements have been entered and confirmed, the garment will be produced and delivered directly to the address provided by the Customer.
The shipping time for our products varies from 4–6 weeks depending on the availability of raw materials and events beyond Lanieri's control. Shipping times, however, cannot be guaranteed. Estimated shipping times are indicated when the product and its related customisations are selected. Any delays not known at the time of order confirmation will always be communicated once they arise.
How does shipping work?
Lanieri ships worldwide within 35 days from Order Confirmation* via express courier (DHL) and GLS, to the address provided by the Customer when the order was placed. Shipping, including any applicable customs duties, is free for orders over €100.00. Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive an email with the name of the courier handling the delivery and instructions to track the shipment online. The delivery can then be tracked either from the buyer’s personal account page or from the courier’s website.
From the moment of dispatch, the delivery times are:
24 to 48 hours for shipments within Italy (Deliveries to Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and the islands may require an additional day);
2 to 3 business days for shipments outside Italy to countries within the European Union;
3 to 5 business days for shipments outside the European Union.
Business days are from Monday to Friday.
*The estimated shipping date may vary depending on the payment method and the date of confirmation of the body measurements. During national holidays, there may be delays due to factory closures. Any changes to shipping times will be communicated via email.
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t been shipped within the expected timeframe and you haven’t received any notifications or updates on the order status, we suggest that you:
- check your order status by logging into your personal area under Personal Profile > Orders;
- check that the shipping address you provided is correct;
- if the order status is marked as "shipped", please contact the courier (DHL on 199 199345);
- if a delivery attempt notice has been left, please contact the courier (DHL on 199 199345)
