Payment methods

Once the customisations have been selected and the body measurements entered, the customer will be asked to confirm the order via the payment procedure.

What are the available payment methods?

APPLE PAY
If you are browsing with an Apple device enabled for Apple Pay, and if you have a credit or debit card that supports this payment method, your purchase can be quickly finalised. This option allows payments to be made directly from the cart, and allows new customers to make purchases without needing to register on the website (registration will be automatic once payment is confirmed).

CREDIT CARDS
Visa, Mastercard and American Express; the latter can only be used for payments in euros.

KLARNA
Klarna is the payment method allowing payment to made in 3 interest-free instalments. These instalments will be charged to your credit or debit card every 30 days.

PAYPAL
The transaction is free and secure and only requires an email and password, keeping the credit card number hidden.

BANK TRANSFER
The procedure is managed via Stripe: when a bank transfer is selected as the payment method, a window opens in which the customer can enter their name, surname and IBAN (account number), at which time the amount will be charged. Once the payment is made, the system will process the order.

How is payment security guaranteed?

Lanieri takes every precaution to fully protect customers’ personal data by not storing any credit card details. Payment security is also guaranteed by the SSL encryption system, used for each transaction made on the website. Your credit card data will be totally unreadable to third parties.

When and how can I request an invoice?

Invoices can only be requested for purchases shipped to countries within the European Union. The invoice must be requested at the time of payment in the dedicated “Invoicing” section. Invoices will not be issued post-payment.
