If you have submitted a complaint to us that we were unable to resolve together, please remember that an Online Dispute Resolution service for consumers has been established by law! Since 9 January 2016, an online platform has been available containing a list of bodies that can be contacted to initiate an Online Dispute Resolution procedure. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) / ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)


Pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter V of Legislative Decree No. 206 dated 6 September 2005 (Italian Consumer Code), a customer who wishes to resolve a dispute with the merchant (Reda Industries) may make use of the Joint Conciliation procedure. This procedure may be initiated if the consumer, after submitting a complaint to the company, has not received a response within thirty days, or has received a response deemed unsatisfactory. Customers wishing to use the Joint Conciliation procedure must submit their request to the following email address: conciliazione@consorzionetcomm.it or fax number: 02/87181126. In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation 524/2013, users are informed that in the event of a dispute, they may submit a complaint via the European Union’s ODR platform, available at:http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform will be discontinued as of 20 July 2025, following the adoption of EU Regulation 2024/3228. The last date to submit new complaints on the ODR platform is 20 March 2025. You may continue to use the platform until 19 July 2025 for complaints submitted by 20 March 2025. The ODR platform serves as an access point for users wishing to resolve disputes arising from online sales or service contracts out of court.
