Fall/Winter 2015 collection: Italian fabrics

An original tale on contemporary living, a window on male elegance in pure italian style. Lanieri’s 2015 A/W collection themes are: Italia’s got business and Buongusto affair, they both took inspiration from urban dynamism and from the italian pleasure of enjoying life’s best moments.

More than 90 brand new urban shades and classical textures alternate with microdesign fabrics and minimal style patterns. The style chosen for fall’s collection seems to be unique and sophisticated  perfect for any situation.

The excellence of the most refined Made in Italy fabrics mixed up with creative modern style without neglecting  simplicity : the best in the best way possible.

ITALIAN WOLLEN MILLS

Reda Green Birdseye Stripe Fabric

REDA

Reda is one of the few woolen mills in the world managing the whole production chain from the batteries to the finished cloth. With its 150 years of history, in its lands situated in New Zealand, produces only high quality merino woolin, which is then processed in Valle Mosso in the Biella district.

 

VITALE BARBERIS CANONICO

VBC Grey Houndstooth Wool Fabric

Vitale Barberis Canonico is the world’s oldest woolen mill. Founded in 1663, is based in Prativero, in the Biella district. The woolen mill is well known for its 100% wool flannels and wool-mohair blanded fabrics, which are provided to the most renowned tailors in the world. The company is still run by the Barberis Canonico family, with its strong experience lasting 11 generations.

 

LORO PIANA

Loro Piana Charcoal Grey Blue Stripe Fabric

Well-known as luxury brand, Loro Piana started its business as wool mill in Trivero, in the Biella district. It provides its fabrics only to the most prestigious tailors to produce high quality garments. Loro Piana is world leader in the manufacturing of cashmere, vicuna and extra-fine wool.

FRATELLI TALLIA DI DELFINO

Fratelli Tallia Delfino is a woolen mill based in Biella, with more than hundred years of history. Only the best Australian merino wool, selected by a accurate process

 

TESSUTI di SONDRIO

Tessuti di Sondrio Brown Shepherd Cotton Fabric

Tessuti di Sondrio began production way back in the second half of the 1800s in northern Italy. A know-how accrued over 120 years of textile tradition, testifying to their passion for the world of fabrics.

 

ERMENEGILDO ZEGNA

Zegna Elite Brown Stone Prince of Wales Fabric

Founded in 1910 by Ermenegildo it is now managed by the fourth generation of the Zegna family. It is one of the biggest global producers of fine fabrics and has been active in promoting improvements in wool production around the world.

GUABELLO

Guabello Light Grey Houndstooth Fabric

Woolen mill founded in 1815, Guabello has an excellent production, creating yarns up to 150 fineness and on. World famous for its solid colour carned flannels and for the creation of geometric patterns on smooth fabrics.

 

LANIFICIO BOTTOLI

Bottoli Avana Melange Fabric

The wool mill Bottoli is a Venetian company founded in 1861 and now in its fourth generation. It is the only woolen mill in the world to produce eco-friendly fabrics made of undyed raw wool, entirely produced in Italy. Sheep fleece is entirely used in its natural color without any additional dye.
