How does an appointment during a Trunk Show event work?
One of our Style Advisors will guide you through the process, helping you to create your profile and to save your measurements online. You will be able to design your new perfect suit and you will experience the opportunity of touching our fabrics, choosing from endless customizations available.
Is it the appointment free?
Absolutely yes. Such as in our Ateliers, the appointment during a Trunk Show event and our Style Advisors service are completely free. We love to take care of our customers and to offer a great service is priceless.
Do you host visits without appointment?
We are always happy to see you. Nonetheless, as we want to provide you with the best customer experience, we would be grateful if you could book an appointment in advance, in order to be able to dedicate you the attention you deserve. Should our schedule not match with yours, feel free to contact us at trunkshow@lanieri.com and we will do everything to find a solution suitable for you.
How long does it take?
It usually takes us around 45 to 60 minutes per client, but we easily adapt to your needs, being as fast as calm as you desire..
Is the price of the products purchased during a Trunk Show event the same?
Absolutely yes. All garments created during a Trunk Show Event with our Style Advisors have the same price of products purchased in our Ateliers. No additional costs.
What should I wear for an appointment?
The most important thing is to wear a shirt that fits you and a pair of trousers you like. If you have a suit fitting you the way you like, bring it with you.
Can I bring a friend with me?
You certainly can! At Lanieri everybody is more than welcome. To be sure to provide you both with the best experience, you should book two appointments in a row, or write at trunkshow@lanieri.com letting us know you come with someone else.
What if I needed to re-schedule my appointment?
You can always book for free and we just want to make sure we are ready to host you properly. Unforeseen events can always happen so we would only ask you to warn us as soon as you can by writing an email to trunkshow@lanieri.com.
